found that, on average, home buyers look at XX different properties before purchasing.
For long-term satisfaction in your new home, now is the time for comparison shopping –
neighborhoods, square footage, yard size, schools, natural light, kitchens and bathrooms,
commutes – everything.
You tell us your preferences, and we set out looking – not just at MLS listings on a computer,
but out and about touring homes. Once we’ve done our homework – and legwork –
we arrange a tour with you. Our team approach means that two brokers can cover more
ground than one. More homes considered. Daily updates. A better comparison. The more
you know, the greater your sense of confidence and satisfaction with your purchase.
And after we help you find your new home, we’ll still be here to help… You’re new to the neighborhood.
We provide information about schools, hospitals, churches, doctors, even a few of our
favorite restaurants and pizza delivery places. It’s the equivalent of home-baked cookies
and a warm welcome from the folks next door. (In fact, you can expect home-baked cookies
from us anyway.)
